STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
- Waiver of Client's Terms
The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after the issuance of these standard terms and conditions of sale. Any deviation from these terms must be expressly agreed upon in writing in advance to be valid. - Payment Terms
All invoices are payable within 21 working days from the invoice date, unless a different payment timeframe is specified on the invoice or order. In the event of non-payment by the due date, More or Less Patisserie Limited reserves the right to charge interest at a fixed rate of 10% on the outstanding balance. Additionally, More or Less Patisserie Limited may suspend the provision of services without prior notice in case of late payment. - Debt Recovery
If payment remains outstanding for more than sixty (60) days after the due date, More or Less Patisserie Limited reserves the right to engage a debt recovery agency. The client will be responsible for covering all legal and debt recovery expenses. - Withholding Tax
In countries where withholding tax is applicable to the invoice amount under local legislation, the client will be responsible for paying the withholding tax directly to the tax authorities. More or Less Patisserie Limited is not liable for any costs associated with the tax regulations of the client’s country. The invoice amount remains due in full, exclusive of any withholding taxes. - Performance and Service Delivery
More or Less Patisserie Limited strives to provide high-quality and timely services. However, no obligations are considered as obligations to guarantee results. More or Less Patisserie Limited cannot be held liable for any claims or damages filed against the client by end consumers. - Notification of Claims
Any claims must be communicated to More or Less Patisserie Limited in writing via recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days following the delivery of goods or provision of services. - Governing Law
All contractual relations will be governed exclusively by Hong Kong law.
PAYMENT TERMS
- All payments are due within 21 days from the invoice date. Late payments may incur a late fee of 5% of the outstanding amount.
PAYMENT METHODS
- Payments can be made via cash, check, or credit card.
- Checks should be made payable to More or Less Patisserie Limited.
- All prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
NO REFUND POLICY
- Once an invoice is confirmed by the client, no refunds will be issued.
